Shipping and Returns

Winner Clothing Co. uses Fed Ex "priority air shipping" for online orders unless otherwise noted. All orders are Brooklyn, New York (East Coast) shipped.

PRIORITY AIR

Order Processing Time: 0-2 business days

Actual Ship Time: 0-5 business days

Total Order Delivery Period: 0-5 business days

Days are calculated on business days which are considered Monday through Friday and exclude Federal Holidays within the United States.

INTERNATIONAL

Order Processing Time: 0-5 days

Actual Ship Time: 0-5 business day

Total Order Delivery Period: 0-7 business days

Note: The customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes or import fees charged by the recipient's country.

All International web sales, must have a matching bill to and ship to address, or the order can not be processed.

Orders shipped by YOUR requested freight carrier will be shipped Freight Collect (wholesale orders only). Winner Clothing Co. will not be responsible for shipments to third parties. (minimum quantities may apply).

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ONLINE ORDERS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.

You can return purchased goods within 14 days of the order date.

Goods must be returned in original condition.

You must include a copy of the original packing list with your goods.

Be sure to return your goods to the address on the original packaging.

We recommend you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor return status.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.

Priority and International Shipping charges will not be refunded.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

You may return goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. Goods must be in perfect, unworn and unaltered condition. No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

EAST COAST SHIPMENTS

For shipments received from our East Coast, please send return goods (with copy of original invoice) to:

NOTE

The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless otherwise specified.

ATTENTION SCREEN PRINTERS AND EMBROIDERERS

Please examine merchandise before decorating.

Under no circumstances will merchandise be returned if altered, embellished, dyed or processed.

All Winner Clothing Company products are ready for discharge printing.  Due to various mechanical procedures, environment and/or chemicals used could cause differences in results.  This is considered normal.  Please inform your customers accordingly.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be in writing. Written cancellations will be honored on all orders that have not been prepared for shipping.

Please note on Order if Back Orders will be accepted. Back Orders not shipped within 45 days of original ship date will be automatically canceled.

Free shipping offer is valid for ALL retail web orders within the continental 48 states. (Does not apply to Wholesale orders) Free shipping offer will be automatically adjusted at check out. All orders will be shipped via FedEx SmartPost (ground shipping) with 3-12 day delivery time. Shipping to P.O boxes is available.
